[1] ORDER CANCELLATION & CONVENIENCE RETURNS
- Customers can cancel an order only BEFORE it ships. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- For returns due to customer convenience (including refusing to pay local customs duties/VAT, or changing your mind), A FULL REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
- In such cases, the refund will be the total paid amount MINUS:
* Original shipping costs
* Return shipping costs (Actual carrier fee incurred; typically 1 to 1.5 times the original shipping fee)
* Non-refundable payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees)
* Restoration/damage fees (if the item is opened, used, or damaged)
- All refunds are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank transfer fees.
[2] CONCLUSION OF SALES CONTRACT
- The sales contract is officially concluded when the buyer clicks the "buy button" on the purchase screen and completes the checkout.
[3] COMPLETION OF DELIVERY & RISK
- Delivery is considered complete when TETSUFUKU hands the package over to the carrier (EMS or DHL) and it dispatches from Japan.
- Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon completion of payment and dispatch. Any transit issues will be handled using the carrier's insurance.
- We do not offer domestic shipping inside Japan except for designated hotel deliveries (Japan hotels only, booking name must match).
[4] DEFECTIVE ITEMS & INITIAL FAILURE
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery ONLY for initial defects, transit damage, or incorrect items received.
- You must inspect your items immediately upon arrival and contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days, including clear photos.
- We cannot accept any claims from the 8th day onward.
[5] MEANS OF SETTLEMENT
- Payments must be completed via PayPal, Wise, or Revolut. Shipping costs are entirely the buyer's burden.
[6] LIABILITIES & CUSTOMS
- We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs procedures, import restrictions, natural disasters, or foreign disputes.
- Customs clearance operations (such as unpacking for inspection or import duty assessments) are entirely outside our control, and the shop takes no responsibility for them.
